OUR STORY

The Petit Chichi Story

Children's furniture is everywhere, yet thoughtful design can be unexpectedly difficult to find.

The search often begins with a practical need and quickly becomes a trail across retailer pages, old editorials and unfamiliar studio websites.

Good work was there, but the path to it felt fragmented. Materials were hard to compare, categories were inconsistent and independent brands could disappear between larger names.

Petit Chichi began as a way to make that discovery process calmer and more legible.

The intention is simple: gather design-led brands in one editorial directory, describe them clearly and preserve the route back to their official sources.

The editorial lens pays particular attention to how furniture works in children's spaces, including adaptability, compact rooms, material choices and the relationship between practical use and a room's wider character.

The directory remains selective, independent and deliberately free of marketplace noise. It provides context for discovery without pretending that one brand or product is the right choice for everyone.

The next chapter is continued research, broader geographic perspectives, deeper material context and a more useful map of how independent design for children is evolving.

Petit Chichi is, above all, an invitation to look carefully, understand the options and continue to the source.
